LETTER OF THANKS AND LOVE
Dear Kevin and the Recombi Staff,
Words can not express the gratitude and love that our family has for you and Recombi Products. I personally wanted to write a letter of thanks directed at YOU Kevin!!. Because when Austin was first Diagnosed with Hemophilia I will admit we were unfamiliar with the condition and did not (like most folks I am sure) did not know what to expect or what it truly was.
It was through your many phone calls to me and our family that we became educated and knew where to go for answers when the tunnel appeared dark. It was YOU that made sure we were supplied with enough of his medication and supplies when he got a bruise or bleed and it was YOU that took the time to get us a kind nurse to come out to our home to help administer the drug when we were so unknowledgeable of doing it.
Kevin I pray each and every day that God blesses you and your family for the love and devotion you have given not only our grandson but to the hundreds of other little boys that have been diagnosed with Hemophilia. You have open your heart to these little boys and have in so many ways showed that these little boys are more than just patients to you. They are your family. I have been in the medical field for 20 years and I have NEVER met someone that gives so much back to these boys as well as the community of this condition like you do.
Just for the record, we have had to leave Recombi one time due to a Company Insurance change and I can speak from experience it was a living nightmare having to deal with other companies. The professionalism the character and the follow-up of these two other companies that we had to use was absolutely dreadful. We would pray daily that Austin would not get a bleed or bruise not only for himself but so that we would not have to deal with these other two vendors. It truly was awful!!!
Our family was beyond happy when we learned that the Insurance was once again changing and that the heavens have opened the doors to us once again to where Austin could become a member of the Recombi family again. It is such an honor to work with you and your company in regards to Austin and his condition. Your knowledge of the condition and all the upcoming events that are going on with this condition are just beyond words. However if I had to give it one word.. It would have to be AWESOME!!!.
Thank you Kevin and may God Bless you and your family as well as all the staff at Recombi for the wonderful things they have done and continue to do in this field of Medicine. Your business card states the Next Generation of Care.. And in my families eyes this statement could not be more true.
God Bless
